Service Process

 

When a machine is in need of service, a request can be made instantly through our website or by calling 216-771-2345.   In order to expedite the placement of  a service call you must have: 1) The Machine’s ID number 2) A current Meter Reading 3) If possible, providing the machine’s error code is also helpful in providing efficient and timely service.

Upon calling our office, you will always be greeted by one of our knowledgeable staff.  They will need the Machine ID # and the meter reading in order to log your call into the system.  Our Head of Service, Antonio Perta, draws on over 30 years of experience in prioritizing calls and dispatching technicians to ensure timely service.  We strive to fill all service calls within 4 hours of receipt, and to provide immediate service when a machine is down.  All of our technicians are fully certified and our service department has over 70 years of combined experience.  It’s this accumulated knowledge combined with a proven system that gives us the ability to provide seamless service.
